SEP -Service Exchange Panel
Two sets of SEP filters are purchased.
Saturated filters are returned and CKMC will install new filter material into the existing frame at the cost of only the filter media.
When the SEP filter set is saturated, the SEP replacement filter set is returned and the replacement SEP filter set repeats the process.
•The filtration media which has deteriorated over time, which will be washed, will be donated to the disadvantaged community to stimulate local economic development. These donated materials are used for among others, ceiling insulation and carpets.

ECF – Extended Cartridge Filter
The ECF works in the same way as a normal cartridge filter, only an inner cone has been added. The cone puts a more useable media area into a dust collector.

The inner cone provides more usable space for airflow in the dust collector.
Approximately 33% more usable filtration area to a given size cartridge, which results in lower pressure drop, which reduces airflow energy.
